Authenticator Issue

Greetings,

I have an issue regarding the usage of Authenticator on my phone. I recently managed to migrate my account from Warfare Online, and used the authenticator to enter the launcher and downloaded the game. Unfortunately, error happens during the download and I stopped downloading for a while.

Today, I tried to enter the launcher and went to the Two-Factor Authentication (as per attached) and I did not receive any code from my authenticator on my phone.

Update I managed to get the code and after I entered the code, it said 2 attempts left and until I have to re-login.

Please help. My email is [email protected] , I am using my friend account here since I cannot login to my own account.
