2. Secondary Method: Forum Discussion & Bug Reports

The Bug Reports category may be used for discussion, additional information, follow-up questions, or issues where launcher reporting is unavailable.

  • Bug reports generally have a clear summary of the issue, steps to reproduce, expected result, actual result, date and time of occurrence, relevant system specifications, and any screenshots, videos, or logs where available.
  • A template will pop up upon creating a new topic in this category. Please use it as a guide and provide any additional details that may assist the team in investigating the issue.
